Twisted Classics 2008/09/01

I love it! (but then again, I pretty much love anything that Miyavi does) I don't know what to say. MYV classics with a new spin... it's great. And then watching the Kavki Boiz doing the recording....(sigh) awesome. Did you know Miyavi chews gum while he sings? LOL!

7 Samurai Sessions-DVD 2008/06/23

I must say this is one of my favourite of Miyavi and the Kavki Boiz work. An excellent collection of instrumental performances. Interesting add for those who are into gigs and creative inventions. I strongly recommend this DVD/CD for Blues/Jazz/Rock die-hards. Excellent!

Great! 2008/05/27

When I first listened to one of the songs I didn't realize that one of the percussion instruments was actually a tap dance. It blew me away when I saw the video. The new versions are - in my opinion - far better than the original ones. Actually I didn't like a few original songs, but these versions are simply awesome (e.g. "Ame ni utaeba" is now one of my favourites).
Once again Miyavi failed to disappoint me :)

It was absolutely perfect ^_^. Each remake captured the wonder of the original song, yet added a new flair that makes this album a definite thing to have in your collection of Miyavi CDs. The DVD was also nice; I enjoyed it very much xD.

His music keeps getting better and better. Awesome album, awesome Miyavi. Never lets me down.
Unless you for some reason hate the KAVKI BOIZ or the hiphop-genre, you'll be totally pleased with this buy. <3

New sound 2007/09/10
Reviewer: Katrina (UNITED STATES) |
I've never known Miyavi to release anything I didn't like, no matter how much his sound changes, and that continues to the Kabuki Boiz. The remixes are amazing, and even manage to capture the emotions that the original songs had, so that Miyavi's old fans can be just as satisfied as any new.

Once again, a great album from MIYAVI. The music displays a chic and innovative twist to his older works, showing his genius especially in his remix of "Kimi ni Negai wo". I recommend this to any JRock/JPop fan :)
