*Awesome 2007/10/10

First off, I'd like to say EXCELLENT PACKAGING. I love this case to death. However I have to keep it in its plastic because the gold emboss comes off on your hands a little and I'm just paranoid about potentially ruining it. XD

The songs on this cd flow together nicely, so the theme of the album is carried well. Gazette has always been a good example, in my opinion, of how old Visual Kei has evolved into what's being called neo-VK, and the album NIL is a good mix of the old and new sounds.

This is an excellent cd, and I'd recommend it to anyone who's curious about this band and wants a first cd of them, and also to the already familiar fans of this band. Gazette never really fails to impress- their performances, cd and live, are always exceptionally done and have massive amounts of heart and energy put into them.

*Solid! 2007/03/28

When I first of Gazette, they were EVERYWHERE and I couldn't get over the fact that everyone seemed to love them. So I avoided their music. But with new singles like filth in the beauty and regret, my interest was piqued. I managed to snag one of the last copies of the Limited Edition of this great album! I gave it a listen and it was GREAT! They are definitely not an overrated band. the album has all of the darkness and style that I crave, and they're still young and developing their talents and skills! The packaging on this album is awesome and luxurious. However, the PV for Shadow VII II I was a bit of a let down.

*Completely worth it. 2007/02/25

NIL is worth every penny and I can honestly say that I like every single song on this album. My favorites are Taion, Bath Room, D.L.N. and SILLY GOD DISCO.

*One Of The Best Bands Today 2007/02/07

The first pressing of "Nil" is awesome. The package is very precious. The sound is a little bit different as in their indie times but it is still hard enough. Gazette surprises with nice beats and hard riffs.

*Lovin' it! 2006/12/14

I really love everything there is to this album, the music, the design, the casing. Gazette has put out another stellar CD. Now I just can't wait to see these songs live!

*OMG the package 2006/11/12

If I only could rate it 6! It is SO worth it *O* The absolutely beautiful velour package alone is a reason to buy this album!
As for the songs I have seldom heard anyhting this amazing! I'd say the GazettE has made their BEST album so far and it will be very interesting to see if future releases will top this.

*Worth It 2006/11/10

Each track comes across with a fierce intensity. This album definitly shows Gazette's range be it from a soft melodic song (D.L.N)to a rock riff (Nausea & Shudder). The bonus dvd is definitly worth the extra bit of money not to mention the snazy velour case.

*Wow! 2006/10/11

This was my first Gazette CD. I hadn't heard much of them, but everywhere I went in the J-Rock community here in the U.S., the name followed. I downloaded the song "Shadow VI II I" and really dug the song. So I decided to buy this CD and give them a shot. All I can say is...... wow! This may be the best CD of 2006!

*Awesome to the max! 2006/09/08

I may be bias because I love Gazette, but this cd is seriously awesome.
I'm glad though that I'm writing this after a while, because first listen, it didn't quite amaze me. But it's an album you grow attached to. It's also great before going to sleep. In my Top 25 Most Played Songs on itunes, the top 3 are all from this album. I like it that much.
It has a variety of styles. Rock, ballad, and some really easy to listen to tracks. They all have that nice Gazette flair in there, and I just find it great both lyrically, vocally, and instrumentally. I definitely reccommend it for anyone. Even if you're just getting into Japanese music or something, Gazette is a band to look into, and this album is awesome.

I wasn't really sure if I liked Gazette when I bought this cd. I liked Cassis, Cockroach, and Shadow VI II I by them and I was hoping to like their other songs. I really enjoy this cd. They have beautiful guitar and heavy bass. The drum are well and Ruki's voice is amazing.
