TVB brought together a golden cast for one of its two 2009 Anniversary Dramas, the banker war saga Born Rich (the other being the palace drama Beyond the Realm of Conscience). Headlined by a group of A-list actors who haven't graced the TV screen in a long time, the grand production has attracted attention ever since it was announced, and its star power and compelling drama kept audiences tuning in to TVB, resulting in rave reviews and remarkable ratings.
Born Rich boasts the highly anticipated comeback of Ray Lui and Jamie Chik, who last starred in a TVB drama over 20 years ago! Popular leading ladies Anita Yuen and Kenix Kwok also make welcome returns opposite three-time TVB Best Actor Gallen Lo and hunky star Joe Ma. Veterans Nancy Sit, Hui Siu Hung, Lo Yuen Yan, Paul Chun, and Lau Siu Ming, as well as younger talents Kenneth Ma, Sharon Chan, and Vincent Wong round out the sparkling ensemble cast of the Chong Wai Kin production.
Billionaire tycoon Cheuk Yat Yuen (Ray Lui) welcomes home Malaysian swindler Sa Fu Loi (Gallen Lo), who claims to be his long-lost half-brother Cheuk Yat Ming.
