I placed an order and was told it would take 5-7 business days to process because I was a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER.
I placed the same order with Kimook.com after cancelling order with yesasaia.com.
I received my order from kimook two days after I ordered.
I was really disappointed with Yesasia's customer service and their policy to wait 5-7 business days to process.

we have bee ordering from kimook and they do deliver and i believe its safe. The problem onlynis that some of their DVD's have poor english subtitles. But now they have the deluxe editions this are better copies than the regular priced ones ....
