I have been using Kimook.com for about a year now. They are dependable, honest and professional. When sending an e-mail, they respond quickly. When ordering a DVD or my new all-regional DVD player, I was able to track it and it arrived in a few days.
I used another Internet provider in the past, and they stole my credit card information, but luckly, my bank notified me in time so no damage was done. I will never use YesAsia.com. It took over three (3) weeks to get one (1) DVD. Their customer service is terrible and they don't respond quickly to your e-mail questions.
I would strongly recommend Kimook to anyone to wants DVD. Although, I am not Korean, my mother who is 80 years young (smile) truly enjoys them with the English subtitles. And, after all, we do want to keep mom happy (smile).

Kimook offers a wonderful variety of Asian entertainment. Especially English subtitled Korean TV Series. I received my first order within 3 days! as compared to 10 from another source. A few of the discs had gliches (defects) and to my surprise Kimook offered to replace the entire set. Great service! Thankyou!
